Meet the Owners

 

Kim and John Barnhill purchased the two story William S. Dilworth House in 2003. They have also restored the home entirely by themselves. You can often find them working to upkeep the beautiful grounds and home on the weekends. 

 

Kim decorated the interior of the plantation house with one- of a kind antiques. It has a timeless, classic style that embodies history and the southern charm of the town.

 

Since the purchase of the house, the now-called Dilworth Barnhill House has served as a special gathering place for the family, now having been the wedding venue for both of the weddings of their married children, bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and weekend getaways.

 

The owners are very familiar with the Monticello area and are always enthusiastic to recommend things to do and places to see in the Monticello and Tallahassee areas during your time there.
